Terms of Use
These terms are the agreement between you and FetchWise when you use the FetchWise app and fetchwise.co. By tapping "I agree" in the app you accept them, together with our privacy policy.
Who can use FetchWise
You must be 18 or over, and the pets you add must be yours or in your care. Keep your phone and sign-in to yourself: anyone using your signed-in phone can see your pets' records.
Sage is not a vet
Sage, the AI assistant, gives general information to help you look after your pet and decide when to see a vet. It cannot examine your pet, it can be wrong, and it never replaces a veterinarian. It does not give medicine doses. In an emergency, go to a vet straight away; do not wait for the app.
Your records
Records you add are yours, and you are responsible for what you enter. Medicine reminders follow what you or your clinic enter; always follow your vet's instructions. Records a clinic sends come from that clinic, and the clinic is responsible for them.
Using FetchWise fairly
Do not post false lost or found alerts, harass other families, upload anything unlawful, or try to break, copy or overload the app. Sage and document reading have daily limits to keep the service running for everyone. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
Price
FetchWise is free today. If we add paid plans, the app will show you the price before you pay anything.
Our responsibility
We work hard to keep FetchWise accurate and running, but we provide it as it is, and it may sometimes be unavailable or contain mistakes. As far as the law allows, FetchWise is not liable for decisions about your pet's care made on the app's information alone. Nothing here limits your rights under Indian consumer law.
Ending
You can stop at any time by deleting your account in the app (how).
Law and contact
These terms follow the laws of India. Questions or complaints go to our Grievance Officer, Dr. Arathi Regunath, at support@fetchwise.co.
