How to delete it

You can delete your FetchWise account yourself, from the app, at any time:

1. Open FetchWise and sign in with the phone number or Google account you use.
2. Go to the You tab and tap App settings.
3. At the bottom, tap Delete my account.
4. Read what will be deleted, tap Continue, then type the word shown (DELETE in English) and tap Delete everything.

Your phone needs an internet connection for this. When it is done, the app signs you out.

Cannot open the app?

If you lost your phone or cannot sign in, email support@fetchwise.co with the subject Delete account. Send it from the email on your account, or give the phone number you signed in with.

We check it is your account, delete everything listed below, and reply to say it is done, within 30 days.

What is deleted

Everything your account holds in FetchWise is deleted for good, straight away:

• your profile, and the sign-in itself;
• every pet, with its health records, vaccine and lab reports, reminders, medicines, weights, notes from Sage and photos;
• links you shared, such as passport links and one-time links for your vet;
• summaries and visit requests still waiting for a clinic, which are withdrawn;
• lost and found alerts you posted.

Each pet's FetchWise Pet ID is retired, so no clinic can send anything to it again.

What stays

Records a clinic keeps in its own system stay with that clinic, as they would with any vet. FetchWise cannot delete those; ask the clinic.

If you only want to remove one pet, choose that pet in the app, go to the You tab, tap Edit pet, then Delete at the bottom.
